Kennedy Digital were engaged to provide a solution to raise awareness of 'Ricardo Knowledge', a business stream providing clients with Technical Assistance, Training and Online Information Services from within the foyer of the headquarters.
Kennedy Digital proposed the use of an interactive display unit, used alongside further Ricardo promotional assets. The objective was to utilise the inherent tactile and interactive feel of the iPad and provide a standalone unit that engaged the foot fall of visitors in the main reception area.
Production of the application utilised 'web technologies' allowing for the greatest future extensibility, rapid development and deployment. It was a key part of our strategy that we implemented a solution that could be scaled to allow ease of updating, but also allow access from other platforms.
Working with Ricardo, the Branding of the application adheres to the defined corporate identity, but has been sympathetically extended to allow features and information to be more prominent.
By creating a simple, elegent and most importantly, easy to use interface, the application allows visitors to quickly engage with the information provided and to request further information via call to action elements.
The resulting application has seen high usage from visitors. The call to action elements have allowed new business leads to be made.
With Ricardo members of staff being equipped with iPad tablets, many have 'loaded' the interface onto their device, allowing a further promotional tool to be used when visiting clients.
